Four Homes. One Love for 30A.

LUX grew out of years of family time on 30A and a genuine love for this part of the coast. After returning again and again, we began looking for a place of our own and were drawn to the stretch between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach for its walkability, scenery and easygoing rhythm.

Today LUX is intentionally small: Seahaven, Sea Mist, Sea Pearl and Sea Breeze. Keeping the collection focused lets us stay connected to the homes and provide a more personal experience for the guests who choose to spend their vacation with us.
